Ralph in our case represented both the buyer and seller. We were the buyers. I think it’s pretty hard to be able to fairly represent both buyer and seller and I think he did an excellent job. Our purchase process was pretty rough because we couldn’t find proper insurance to be able to close. Ralph was extremely helpful in this tough process. Also I think he handled negotiations very skillfully. I definitely felt that I got a fair share of attention to my points of concern from Ralph and the seller. Highly recommend him for both selling and purchasing a property.
