He was with us along this process, and we knew that we had to walk away from that house. We so appreciated Ralph for studying the solar contract and helping us make the best decision. While we were heartbroken, Ralph always encouraged us, he never allowed us to get discouraged. The next house would be the house of our dreams, he did an excellent job of negotiating on our behalf and was able to help us secure the deal to close escrow! Ralph was a tremendous blessing to our family, and we value his professionalism, care, and dedication during a very difficult process.
