As you all know the process of purchasing a house can be very stressful on the whole family and is extremely intimidating. I can say without a doubt that our experience was significantly impacted in a positive way by working with Ralph Schiavone. Our process to purchase our home was lengthy, we took our time, wanted to make sure we were making the best decision, and Ralph was with us every step of the way, never pressuring us, but rather providing insightful advice patiently. I would like to note that prior to closing on the home of our dreams we were very close to closing escrow on another house. About a week away from closing Ralph meticulously went through a solar agreement, broke down the cost of the long-term contract, and found blatant holes/inconsistencies. Had we closed we would have been stuck with a "lemon" deal that would of had a devastating impact on our family in the long term. He was with us along this process, and we knew that we had to walk away from that house. We so appreciated Ralph for studying the solar contract and helping us make the best decision. While we were heartbroken, Ralph always encouraged us, he never allowed us to get discouraged. The next house would be the house of our dreams, he did an excellent job of negotiating on our behalf and was able to help us secure the deal to close escrow! Ralph was a tremendous blessing to our family, and we value his professionalism, care, and dedication during a very difficult process.
