Ralph in our case represented both the buyer and seller. We were the buyers. I think it’s pretty hard to be able to fairly represent both buyer and seller and I think he did an excellent job. Our purchase process was pretty rough because we couldn’t find proper insurance to be able to close. Ralph was extremely helpful in this tough process. Also I think he handled negotiations very skillfully. I definitely felt that I got a fair share of attention to my points of concern from Ralph and the seller. Highly recommend him for both selling and purchasing a property.

I worked with Ralph on the sale of my parent's home after my father died. The home wasn't a true probate sale because we didn't need to sell the home but chose to sell instead of renting it out or living in it. Early in the listing process, we encountered a hitch which prevented us from selling the home immediately. The issue centered on the Trust my parents set up and the home wasn't part of the Trust. Ralph and his team worked with us to create the strategy to list the home for sale while we waited for a court order that would allow for the home to be transferred to the Trust. The strategy worked and we were able to sell the home. Ralph is very knowledgeable and provided excellent advice on the sale of our home. Every step of the way, he explained the process and details in a thorough and professional manner. He made sure I was aware and up to date on what was happening, provided information on the various documents I was signing, and provided guidance when it came down to negotiations and making decisions.
